Unnecessary (but actually useful) update
Nobody saw that coming, huh
The reason I decided to update this small game is quite simple: I opened itch first time in a while, went to the game page to refresh my memories a little, started the game... and it was broken. It's really strange since I definitely tested the web build when uploading it, but this time the game was weirdly cropped in an embed form, and just did not resize and stayed in a corner awkwardly in fullscreen mode.
Well, I just opened a project in my brand new Godot 4.2.1, just in case changed scaling mode to canvas items, reexported it and that just worked out fine.
But! I can't reupload the game just like that for a small bugfix, right? So I quickly made two QoL changes:
- dialogue skip – now you can skip the yapping and get to playing this thing over and over again ASAP! I really should've done this already back then
- volume setting – set the volume as you wish! The initial volume was tweaked too, now it doesn't blow your ears away, for me at least. Also smol kyouko
I really can't comprehend how to make the difficulty right so it's still the same, sorry
